If you’re in a pinch and need to dash to the grocery store for snacks, these are the healthiest ones to get.

Hummus and Veggies

Hummus is one of the best snacks to grab from the grocery store because it’s vegan, full of protein, and overall delicious. This is a great snack that can really tide you over for several hours, and it’s even better if you buy some baby carrots or some celery sticks to go along with it! If not, pita chips always work out great.

Nuts

When you’re in a time crunch, why not go for a crunchy snack? Nuts can be a little pricy but if you go for unsalted peanuts, you can get a very healthy snack that is much more affordable.
