Ingredients

The ingredient list includes:
1 1/2 cup plain flour
60 g butter
2 teaspoons milk
1/2 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
icing
1 1/2 cup pure icing sugar
food coloring

Instructions

Begin by cooking the honey, butter, and sugar together until you get a smooth and even consistency. Leave the mixture on the side for 10 minutes.

When the time is up you can include the milk, flour, ginger, bicarbonate of soda, and cloves. Cook them together just for 10 seconds until everything is well combined.

Wait for an hour until you get a thick dough.

Set the oven to 345 F degrees and prepare a baking sheet.

Start making honey jumbles from the dough and place them on the sheet. When it’s full, put it in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Take out the tray and wait for the jumbles to cool down.

In the meantime you can make the icing. Beat the egg white and slowly start adding the lemon juice and icing sugar. Include the food coloring and start decorating the biscuits.
