Ingredients:
- 1 jar of tuna fillets
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 avocadoes
- 1 thinly sliced shallot
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 of the herbs of your choice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped capers
- 4 slices of bread of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat your broiler while gently flaking the tuna into a medium-sized bowl.
- Add the capers, celery, herbs, mayonnaise, and salt to the tuna and mix well.
- Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and broil for about 2 minutes before flipping over and broiling the other side for another 2 minutes.
- Finally, smear the avocado on the slices of bread and top with the tuna mixture, adding any remaining herbs you might have.
