Ingredients:
- 1 red raisin grapes
- 1/3 cup Concord grape concentrate
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pound green grapes
- 2 tablespoons light agave syrup
Instructions:
- Wash the grapes and remove the stems. Put them on two separate baking sheets; one for red and one for green. Freeze grapes for at least 6 hours.
- Pour 1/4 cup water and agave syrup into a food processor. Add the green grapes and pulse for 30 seconds, until fairly smooth. Add lemon juice and pulse for another 30 seconds.
- Transfer to a medium bowl and place the red grapes and the concord grape concentrate in the food processor. Repeat the same process with the red grapes.
- Serve immediately for a traditional sorbet texture.
