This Korean BBQ Cheesy Corn Well Elevate Your Cookout

Whether you love Korean cuisine or simply start drooling when you think of barbeque foods, then there’s one delectable dish that is sure to satisfy your every craving. Here is your guide to cooking a Korean BBQ Cheesy Corn that will elevate any cookout or casual meetup with friends.

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces corn
  • 6 ounces shredded mozzarella
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 large cloves garlic
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • Kosher salt

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and half of scallions and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Season with salt and add sugar and corn. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until corn softens.
  3. Remove the skillet from the heat and add the mayonnaise and 3 ounces of the cheese. Knead in the mayonnaise and cheese until the cheese is melted before sprinkling the remaining 3 ounces on top.
  4. Broil the mixture for 4 to 6 minutes until golden brown and top with the remaining scallions.
