This Paleo Banana Bread Is Better Than All The Other Recipes

The whole procedure takes around 40 minutes, and it’s also gluten-free. Elevate it with almond butter and bananas on top.

Ingredients

1/4 cup almond butter
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/4 cup mashed ripe banana
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips (dairy-free)

Recipe; 1.5 cups spelt flour 0.5 cups tigernut meal 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 2 ripe bananas (+1 more to top) ¼ cup coconut milk 1 tsp coconut oil, melted 1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds + 3 tbsp water) ¼ cup maple syrup 1 heaping tsp tigernut butter ½ cup chocolate chips (save some to go on top) Start off by preparing your chia egg, leave to sit for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, combine the dry ingredients and give it a good stir. Whisk together the wet ingredients and carefully fold them into the dry ones. Add your chocolate chips and pour the batter into a slightly greased loaf pan. Instructions

Set the oven to 350 F degrees before you start. Also, prepare a baking pan with paper and cooking spray.

Mix the almond butter, bananas, and vanilla in a bowl either by hand or with an electric mixer. Start adding the eggs, one by one, while also mixing in between.

Stir in the baking soda, coconut flour, salt, and cinnamon. The mixer should be set to medium-low speed. In the end, pour the chocolate chips.

Get the pan and fill it with the paleo banana bread mixture. Top it off with chocolate chips. Leave it in the oven for 25 to 35 minutes.

Wait for the bread to cool down for 20 minutes and feel free to serve it.
