You Gotta Taste This Home-Made Mango Lassi

Lassi is a popular traditional Indian drink made from yogurt (dahi). With the growing popularity of Indian restaurants all over the world, lassi became one of the most loved beverages amongst foodies. It is actually a blend of yogurt, water spices and sometimes fruit. However, one of the most loved one is definitely the lassi made of mangos. The beverage is served in a tall glass with a straw.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Medium-sized Mangos
  • 1 ½ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoon Honey
  • 2 Cups Ice

The Process

Firstly, chop the mango into smaller pieces. Then in a blender combine the mangos, the plain Greek yogurt(you can use regular yogurt instead of Greek yogurt), add the honey and the two cups of ice. You can add more honey if you like it to be sweeter.

Blend it for a couple of minutes or until it becomes smooth. Pour the mixture into a tall cup, add a straw and enjoy your tasty, home-made mango lassi.
