4 Tasty Dishes You Can Make in the Microwave

When you’re hungry and haven’t eaten in hours, the last thing you want to do is cook a complicated meal that requires hours of your time. While cooking is a therapeutic activity with many benefits for your body and mind, the truth is that you probably don’t have time to do it every single day.

That’s why we prepared a list of tasty dishes you can make in your microwave in no time. Get ready to start using your microwave for more than just popcorn!

Baked Potatoes

Wash the potato carefully without peeling it and bake for 4-8 minutes. To check if it’s done, stick a fork in it. It goes great with some cheese or pancetta.

Cake in a Mug

Improvise with the ingredients from your pantry, such as flour, sugar, cocoa, milk, eggs, coconut, etc. to make a tasty treat in a few minutes. Top with melted chocolate or ice cream.

You can make them in any way you like and add as many ingredients as you want.

I have been up since 7:30 cooking as I have 5 for lunch. It was nice being up before the rest of the family, still dark outside, with the rain hammering against the window. Actually being able to eat my breakfast alone and in sheer silence (v rare occurrence) was quite a treat. I had a blueberry and cinnamon 2 egg omelette. For lunch, I have chosen to do the “Fish pie with a Parmesan, parsley and broccoli crust” from my book 😋 (p.158/9). Simple, comfort food. Full of flavour and low carb. #breakfast #lowcarb #lchf #lowcarbrecipes #dairyfree #dairyfreebreakfast #breakfastideas #eggs #eggsy #breakfasteggs #jerf #realfood #yummy #organicegg #foodphoto #nom #ketokids #ketokitchen #grainfreeliving #keto #lchfpaleo #diabetic #diabetes #t1d #t2d #yummyyummy

Again, this is one versatile dish that you can truly make your own. Bake the frozen pizza dough for a few minutes, then take it out and add your favorite toppings. Bake until done.
