5 Ways to Use Powdered Peanut Butter

If you don’t already have powdered peanut butter in your pantry, it’s time to get some. Not only is it healthier than regular peanut butter, but it’s also much more versatile. There are tons of ways to use it in your cooking and here are five we have to share with you.

PB&J

The most obvious way to use powdered peanut butter is to make a PB&J. Mix two tablespoons of the powder with water until you get the desired consistency. Add your favorite jelly and put the spreads on bread.

Smoothie or Milkshake

Take your smoothies or milkshakes to the next level with powdered peanut butter. Next time you’re making a frozen drink, throw in some powdered peanut butter.

Popsicles

Make delicious popsicles by mixing 1/2 a cup of powdered peanut butter, 2 cups of frozen bananas, and 1 cup of yogurt. Blend and then divide the mixture into popsicle molds and put them in the freezer.

Oatmeal

Add a few tablespoons of powdered peanut butter to your oatmeal for a treat that tastes almost too good for breakfast. To take it to the next level, add some dark chocolate chips.

Baked Goods

Baked goods are better with peanut butter and powdered peanut butter can be added to the dry ingredients. Plus, it mixes in better than normal peanut butter.
