Ingredients:
- 4 to 6 corn ears
- 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 3 tablespoons ground onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
- After shucking the corn, immerse each piece in water for 2 hours.
- While you wait, pour the vegetable oil, Cajun seasoning, ground onion, and garlic into a bowl and mix together.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat and then cook the corn for 5 minutes, rotating it constantly.
- Baste the cajun mixture all over the corn.
- Return the corn to the grill for another 5 minutes until charred.
