Cajun Corn On The Cob Recipe

Sometimes, the simplest meals are the most satisfying. While corn on the cob is certainly nothing new, by adding some Cajun spices, you’ll be able to enjoy a spicy, Louisiana-inspired treat with a taste that you won’t soon forget. Here’s your guide to cooking a cajun corn on the cob.

Ingredients:

  • 4 to 6 corn ears
  • 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons ground onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. After shucking the corn, immerse each piece in water for 2 hours.
  2. While you wait, pour the vegetable oil, Cajun seasoning, ground onion, and garlic into a bowl and mix together.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat and then cook the corn for 5 minutes, rotating it constantly.
  4. Baste the cajun mixture all over the corn.
  5. Return the corn to the grill for another 5 minutes until charred.
