You can’t have summer without a cantaloupe!
Besides the fruit being one of the prettiest around (that color is so in for the season!), cantaloupes and are filled with vitamins that can even make you more beautiful by reducing blemishes on your skin!
Their delicious flesh is also incredibly hydrating (we’re talking 90% water) and makes a fantastic substitute when you’re craving something sweet.
Can you even resist? We cantaloupe (sorry).
Cantaloupe Kebabs
Kids will love ‘em, adults will love ‘em, and you’ll love ‘em because they’re so easy to make!
Use a melon scooper to carve out little balls of cantaloupe and alternate them on skewers with other fruit.
Love melon the most? Go all-in with the cantaloupe and add some cold meat like prosciutto for a classic combination!
Cantaloupe and Cucumber Salad
Just because cantaloupes are fruit, doesn’t mean you can’t put them in a salad (look at tomatoes!).
