Get the following ingredients: 1 pound fettuccine, 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup butter, parsley, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 cloves fresh garlic, 16 oz fresh sliced mushrooms, 1 cup reserved pasta water, fresh ground pepper.

Instructions:

Cook the mushrooms together with the garlic in a skillet. Add 2 tablespoons of butter. The cooking time is 10 to 15 minutes. Include the cream and the remaining butter. Let it simmer for a while.
