Daily Dose Pasta: Spinach And Ricotta Cannelloni

Every day is pasta day! These stuffed spinach and ricotta cannelloni are so delicious and literally anyone can make them. The total cooking time is 40 minutes.

Ingredients

The ingredient list is made of:
1 box of ready-to-stuff cannelloni (20 pieces)
450 g Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
2 cloves fresh garlic
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 380 ml jars of marinara sauce
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
a pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

Set the oven to 375 F degrees and prepare a casserole dish with cooking spray.

Combine the egg, ricotta, salt, pepper, basil, mozzarella, Parmesan and garlic in a bowl. Mix them very well together.

Get a piping bag and fill it with this mix. Start filling all the cannelloni with it.

Pour one-third of the marinara on the bottom of the dish and make sure it’s in an even layer. Start putting the stuffed spinach and ricotta cannelloni on top of the marinara sauce. Cover them with the rest of the marinara sauce.

Top the dish off with Parmesan cheese and mozzarella. Place it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Your daily dose of pasta can be served!
