There is a lot of talk about whether sugar is really bad for you. Whatever your body tells you is probably best for you, but there are a lot of different ways to get sugar that go beyond just the white stuff you buy at the grocery store. Bananas

Bananas are naturally really sweet and add a nice sweetness to a lot of different baked goods in place of sugar. You can mash it up and make it into pancake, sweeten up your oatmeal, cakes, and more!

Dates

Dried fruit is always sweeter than regular fruit, and dates are especially sweet in a really interesting way. They actually take on a caramel-like flavor, so it’s perfect to pulse them in a food processor and add them in place of caramel or brown sugar.

Honey

Although some people say honey is broken down in the same way white sugar is, the difference is that the taste is a lot richer, and it also has a ton of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, whereas white sugar doesn’t have any redeeming qualities besides sweetness.
