Have you ever thought of pairing fried chicken or French fries with iconic Doritos flavors? Well, now you can since the tortilla chips brand just announced it is turning its Nacho Cheese and Cool Ranch flavors into dips.
Doritos made the big announcement on social media in collaboration with actress and singer Keke Palmer. They released a couple of videos that feature Palmer tasting the new creations, Spicy Nacho dip and Cool Ranch Jalapeño dip while offering ideas on how to serve them.
“I’ll be dipping my wings, pizza, and jazzing up my veggies all day, baby!” said Palmer of the dips.
Spicy Nacho dip is described as a “twist on the classic Doritos Nacho Cheese flavor,” packing “a spicy punch.” It should pair well with nachos and pretzels.
On the other hand, Cool Ranch Jalapeño is a “smooth and creamy ranch dip” that features an intensified flavor “with a touch of spicy jalapeño.” Everything points out that it will be a perfect companion to chicken wings or crunchy veggies.
Spicy Nacho and Cool Ranch Jalapeno dips are expected to be available at all major retailers by the end of November. The Doritos enthusiasts will also be able to get them using Frito-Lay’s webshop.
