Easy Chocolate-Banana Snack Cake

Chocolate and bananas are two of the best things a person can have for their dessert. So, it’s only right that we mix them together in some crazy, but tasty way. This cake is not only easy but heavenly at the same time. Let’s take a look at how it’s made.

What you need:

  • 1box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ devil’s food cake mix
  • 1container (5.3 oz) Yoplait® Greek 100 vanilla yogurt
  • 1cup mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3 medium)
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 3eggs
  • ¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray the bottom of the pan with cooking spray. Stir the cake mix, bananas, yogurt, eggs and oil into a good blend, in a bowl.

The chocolate chips are next up. Spread the mix in the pan and sprinkle with more chocolate chips. Bake for 30 minutes and let it cool for about an hour. Cut as you wish, according to the number of people you will be inviting.

You can have some leftover mix and use it as a sauce to sprinkle the cake. This way, you will get some extra creaminess.
