Forget About Noodles, Caprese Zoodles Are the Best

We have a new healthy recipe we’re completely obsessed with. The caprese zoodles are so delicious and will take half an hour of your time.


The ingredient list for the caprese zoodles you should get 1 large zucchini, 4 medium campari tomatoes, 2 teaspoons olive oil, cup canned chickpeas, 1/4 cup fresh basil, 2 cloves sliced garlic, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, pepper, salt, 2 oz cut fresh mozzarella. Before you start cooking cut the tomatoes into quarters, rinse and drain the chickpeas as well.


The first thing you’ll need to do is get a vegetable spiralizer. Use it to create the zoodles from the zucchini. Pour one teaspoon of olive oil in a skillet and heat it on medium-low temperature. Include the garlic, tomatoes, pepper and salt. Cook them together for 4 minutes. Add the vinegar as well. Cook only for a little bit and put the mixture in a bowl.

Continue working in the same skillet. Add the other teaspoon of olive oil and start cooking the chickpeas and zoodles together for 3 minutes. The caprese zoodles are almost finished. Get the tomatoes, put them together with the rest of the ingredients, and top off with the basil and mozzarella. That is the final step of the recipe. Enjoy!
