These pancakes couldn’t be easier and can be made to be gluten-free. All you need to do is mash a banana, add eggs and cinnamon and mix well. Grind some regular or gluten-free oats into a fine powder and add to the mixture. Spoon 1/4 of a cup onto a griddle or saute pan and you have a healthy and delicious breakfast.
Chocolate Banana Nice Cream
An awesome way to keep cool this summer is by making nice cream, a play on regular ice cream. Put frozen bananas, honey, and cocoa powder into a food processor. Blend until smooth and keep in a freezer safe container.
Instead of using coconut milk for a sweet and creamy curry, use a blend of mashed bananas and almond milk for the same effect with a twist.
