How to Make a Scrumptious Chopped Sandwich

Here is your guide to preparing a scrumptious and nourishing chopped sandwich that will leave you craving more.


  • 1 sliced Roma tomato
  • 1 cup shredded romaine
  • 1/3 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
  • 2 ciabatta rolls
  • 2 ounces genoa salami
  • 2 ounces pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 4 ounces ham
  • 4 ounces sliced provolone
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper


  1. Take out a cutting board and chop up the ham, red peppers, tomatoes, provolone, salami, pepperoni, pepperoncini, and onion.
  2. Pour the mayonnaise, pesto, vinegar, onion powder, and Italian seasoning into a large bowl. Mix and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Throw the chopped ham mixture into the bowl and toss in the sauce until well coated.
  4. Cut open the rolls and add the mixture to each one.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
