Ingredients:
- 1 sliced Roma tomato
- 1 cup shredded romaine
- 1/3 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 small red onion
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
- 2 ciabatta rolls
- 2 ounces genoa salami
- 2 ounces pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 4 ounces ham
- 4 ounces sliced provolone
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Take out a cutting board and chop up the ham, red peppers, tomatoes, provolone, salami, pepperoni, pepperoncini, and onion.
