How to Make Sour Patch Grapes

If you sweet candy but also appreciate juicy fruits such as grapes, then mixing the taste of Sour Patch candies with grapes can prove to be a scrumptious snack. Here is your guide to making Sour Patch grapes that are sure to be a sugary delight.


  • 1 package cherry Jell-o
  • 1 package orange Jell-o
  • 1 package lemon Jell-o
  • 1 package lime Jell-o
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 1/2 pound green grapes
  • 2 teaspoons citric acid


  1. Pour contents of each Jell-o pack into its own resealable plastic bag. Add 1/2 teaspoon of citric acid to each of the 4 bags.
  2. Remove stems from grapes and wash the grapes thoroughly. Place them in a colander and allow water to drain.
  3. Squirt lemon juice over grapes. Toss the grapes to ensure they are all evenly coated.
  4. Place a handful of grapes in each plastic bag.
  5. Shake each bag thoroughly to coat the grapes before removing them from the plastic bags and enjoy.
