Whether you live a busy lifestyle or don’t particularly like vegetables so much, it can be hard getting them in every day. But, they are so important and provide you with so many key vitamins and minerals. The best way to make sure your diet is full and plenty of veggies, hide them in one of these smoothies! Use these recipes below to make sure you’re well fed and eating something delicious.

Leafy Greens

Leafy greens are one of the best sources of calcium and iron. To make sure you eat enough of these greens, make sure you use ingredients like chard, kale, and spinach with any fruits you have on hand.

Beets

Beets are full of manganese and potassium but can take a while to cook. Instead, put them in a smoothie! Ingredients like green apple and will blend really well with it along with mint.

Celery

Although it definitely isn’t something you would think to put in a smoothie, celery is awesome to put in a smoothie that’s on the sweeter side. You won’t be able to taste it at all if you pair it with things like strawberries or mango, but still get the nutrients like vitamin K.
