Choose Your Fruits

Prepare the Fruits

  • Sun-Drying Method: This method requires warm and sunny weather. Place the fruit slices on a clean, breathable surface, such as a mesh screen or a clean towel. Leave the fruits outdoors in direct sunlight, ensuring they are protected from pests. It may take a few days for the fruits to fully dry, depending on the weather conditions.

Blend into Powder

Once the fruits are completely dried, transfer them to a blender or a spice grinder. Pulse or blend until you achieve a fine powder consistency. If needed, sift the powder to remove any larger particles and ensure a smooth texture. Store the fruit powders in airtight containers, away from heat and moisture.
