Leftover pasta isn’t something most people would pick out for their meal. We wouldn’t either. But that doesn’t mean we would throw it away. Instead, we would make the most out of it by using these cool ideas.

Make Pasta Frittata

This is one of the easiest and most delicious ways to use leftover pasta. Heat some vegetable or olive oil in a pan and add your pasta leftovers. After warmed up, whisk several eggs and pour them over the pasta. Once the eggs are set, top with shredded cheese and enjoy.

Make Pasta Salad

This is probably the most convenient idea to pick out. Simply combine leafy greens, tomato slices, olives, and cubes of Feta cheese in a bowl. Throw in your leftover pasta, drizzle with olive oil, and toss it to evenly distribute all the ingredients.

Make Pasta Muffins

If you want something unusual and exciting, the pasta muffins should be your pick. Whisk eggs in a bowl and then add leftover pasta and some veggies like bell peppers or scallions. Mix and pour into muffin tins. Bake until the pasta muffins are golden brown.

Make Baked Pasta

Leftover pasta is an opportunity to make a dish that can be even more exciting than the last one. Grease up a baking dish and add your leftover pasta to it. Add tomato sauce or cheese sauce on top, throw in some mix-ins like sausage or veggies, and top with generous amounts of cheese. Bake at 350F for 15 to 20 minutes, and that’s it.
