Mango Cheesecake Popsicles are Refreshing and Easy to Make!

Mango and cheesecakes are two wonderful flavors by themselves, and when you put them together in one dessert they become something beautiful. But to take that dessert and turn it into a popsicle, is really an amazing feat.

These mango cheesecake popsicles are exactly what you want to have in your freezer for a post-work pick-me-up, especially if you want a sweet treat but still want something that is slightly healthier. You can also make these popsicles vegan by switch out the yogurt and milk for dairy-free options! So enjoy the summer season with one of these popsicles in hand.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz of cream cheese
  • 2 1/4 cups of cubed mango
  • 3/4 cup any type of milk
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 3/4 cups of graham crackers

Recipe

  1. Put all the ingredients into a high-speed blender except for the graham cracker crumbs.
  2. Mix well and then pour into popsicle molds so they are about 3/4 of the way full.
  3. Put a little bit of the graham crackers into the molds, press them in slightly, and set in the freezer for 5 hours.
  4. To release them from the molds, run the popsicle molds under warm water for just a few seconds and enjoy!
