Marinated Flank Steak For a Delicious Dinner

Steaks are always the favorite food for the whole family. If you are lacking ideas on what to cook for the weekend, we found a tasty marinated flank steak everyone will be in love with.

Ingredients:

For the marinade you will need 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons Kosher salt, 5 cloves minced garlic, 2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper. You also need 1 1.5-2 pound flank steak.

Instructions:

To make this marinated flank steak you need to find a large zip bag. Fill it with the ingredients mentioned for the marinade. Close the top and let the salt and sugar break down. Put the steak pieces in the bag and zip it, so that there is no remaining air inside. With your fingers massage the part that is surrounding the steak in the bag. Leave it in the fridge from 2 hours up to a day.

When you take out the bag out of the fridge you can start preparing the grill for cooking. Set it on 450 F degrees and toss the steak on. Cook it on each side for around 4 to 5 minutes for a medium rare. You can now officially slice it and serve it with your favorite side.
