Master This Cauliflower Crust Pizza And You’ll Never Go Hungry

Thank goodness someone realized that cauliflower could be a substitute for flour because it’s probably one of the easiest and most delicious ways to get in your veggies while still eating something so fun. Pizza, for example, is something you don’t have to give up if you switch your dough to a cauliflower crust!

Method

  1. First, put your cauliflower into a food processor and processor until the florets are completely broken up and look almost like couscous or rice.
  2. Put the cauliflower in the microwave and cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. Leave it to the side until it’s completely cool.
  4. Once it’s cooled, put the cauliflower into a clean towel and ring out the excess water.
  5. Put it back into the bowl and mix in eggs, parmesan, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Make sure everything is well combined.
  6. Spread the mixture onto a parchment covered cookie sheet into the shape of a pizza, either rectangular or circular.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until slightly golden.
  8. Take out the crust and spread some pizza sauce, cheese, and whatever add-ons you want.
  9. Put it back in the oven for a few minutes until all of the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
