McDonald’s has introduced a couple of new additions to its dipping sauces lineup. The fast food chain is now offering Sweet & Spicy Jam and Mambo Sauce for customers who want to pair exciting flavors with their fries or McNuggets.
The Sweet & Spicy Jam is a breakfast-inspired dipping sauce. Its base is sweet red pepper paired with cayenne pepper, Szechuan pepper, and apple cider vinegar.
Mambo sauce, on the other hand, is already a popular condiment in the Washington D.C. region but isn’t well-known in other parts of the United States. Being offered by McDonald’s will likely change it considering the sauce’s unique flavor profile that is described as a delicate balance of sweet and spicy.
The Sweet & Spicy Jam and Mambo are already available at McDonald’s locations nationwide and are here for a limited amount of time. The first reactions are quite positive, so make sure to try it before it’s gone.
