To prepare this recipe you need:
1 cup artichoke hearts
8 oz uncooked penne
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups milk
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
5 oz chopped fresh spinach
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
The artichokes should be marinated and chopped.
First, prepare the penne by following the steps on the packaging.
In the meantime, you can heat the olive oil in a pan. Cook the spinach until it becomes soft.
You can add the artichokes and continue cooking for a minute.
Stir in the cream cheese, and mix everything well together. The cream cheese should melt completely.
Now, add the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir again, then pour the milk.
Wait for the sauce to start boiling. Once it does, include the mozzarella and the cooked penne pasta. Mix again.
