1/2 lb crumbled feta
10 phyllo sheets
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Start the preparations for the Greek spanakopita by setting the oven to 375 F degrees.

Get a skillet and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Melt it and add the spinach. Cook for 4 minutes, then drain all the liquid.

Chop the spinach and combine it with 1/2 teaspoon pepper, nutmeg, feta, 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Place the 1/2 cup butter in a skillet and melt it. Wait for it to cool down.

Place one phyllo sheet on your working spot, use a brush and butter to go over it. Cover it with another sheet. You should place them crosswise to get 6 strips.

Use 1 teaspoon of the spinach mix and fold the sheets into a triangle.

Place the spanakopita on a baking sheet. When you fill it, bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
