Samantha Chiu lives in Toronto and creates desserts and baked goods that will absolutely melt your heart. Looking at her Instagram feed, you’d never guess one thing – she was never trained to be a baker.
When asked how she came up with the idea for her Instagram, Samantha replied: “It was an accident really. I started out taking pictures of all sorts of things such as nature, my drawings and things I had lying around the house. But then I saw these hedgehog cookies on Pinterest and thought it would be fun to make my version of it. I’ve been addicted to baking ever since.”
