Spain’s best local desserts

Spain is known for many things, including but certainly not limited to flamenco, sangria, and bull riding. Food-wise, tapas are very well known and popular, allowing small groups of people to enjoy a variety of food in a family-style manner.

Some of Spain’s most popular desserts and pastries, however, are so tasty and delectable that we bet you’ll want to order one (or two) all for yourself. We won’t call it selfish; we’ll just say that you know what you want when you want it, and we’re certain you’ll have a craving for the following desserts the second you lay your eyes on them:

Tarta de Santiago
