The Best Banana Nut Muffin Recipe

Who doesn’t love muffins? And what we love even more is fast recipes. These banana nut muffins are literally heaven. You can have everything ready in only 10 minutes. The cooking time is less than half an hour. Go ahead and try it!

Ingredients:

If you’re planning to make these banana nut muffins you will need 1 beaten egg, 1 cup chopped raw walnuts, 5 mashed ripe bananas, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 1/2 cups spelt flour, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil, 1/8 teaspoon sea salt.

Instructions:

Start by greasing the baking pan with coconut oil. Set the oven to preheat at 350 F. Get a bowl and mash the bananas with a fork. Include the vanilla and eggs, and mix everything together. Grab another bowl and add the baking soda, flour, cinnamon, salt and mix all the ingredients very well. Combine the two bowls together. Stir the mixture, but don’t overdo it. Pour the walnuts in as well. This is when you can add the mixture in the baking tin for muffins. Bake them for around 20 to 25 minutes. You can check the banana nut muffins with a toothpick. If you feel like they are not done after 25 minutes, let them stay in for 5 to 10 more minutes.
