Ingredients

For this cocktail you should get:
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 bottle champagne
1 1/2 cups tangerine juice
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

All of the liquids should be chilled in the fridge before you start making the drink. You will need the pomegranate seeds for garnish. If you don’t have champagne you can use a good sparkling wine.

Instructions

This tangerine mimosa is done in a pitcher, so that is another thing to have prepared. Fill it with the pomegranate and tangerine juice. Use tall flute glasses to serve it.

Pour this mix in the glasses by filling one half of each glass. Top them off with the champagne. Use the pomegranate seeds to decorate.

All of this is done in five minutes and there is no need to prep anything in advance, you’re simply mixing the liquids.
