The Ultimate Loaded Breakfast Sliders

Forget your usual toast and cereal routine because we’re about to shake things up with the ultimate loaded breakfast sliders! It’s a mini sandwich packed with all your morning favorites, from crispy bacon to melty cheese, and more. Let’s dive in.

Ingredients:

  • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls work great for a sweet and savory flavor)
  • 6 large eggs, scrambled
  • 12 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 6 sausage patties, cooked
  • 12 slices of cheddar or American cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. 
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Start with a layer of scrambled eggs on the bottom buns. Next, add a layer of sausage patties, followed by crispy bacon slices. Top with cheese.
  4. Cover with the top half of the slider buns. 
  5. In a bowl, mix the melted butter with maple syrup, then brush this mixture over the top buns.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
  7. Serve warm, with additional hot sauce on the side for those who like a bit of a kick.
