These Garlic Knots Are the Best Appetizer

If you ever need a fast and tasty appetizer we have just the right idea. These garlic knots take only half an hour to make. All of your friends will be impressed with your cooking skills and will want you to make more. Serve them with some marinara sauce on the side.

Ingredients:

Start by getting 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, olive oil, 3 cloves chopped garlic, 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt, 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley, 2 teaspoons butter, 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese.

Instructions:

Prepare a baking sheet and set the oven on 375 F degrees. Use a large bowl to mix the baking powder, flour, and the salt. Mix them well and include the yogurt. Start kneading until you get a dough. When you are done, get 8 pieces from the dough. Transform them into long strips and tie them into knots. Place them on the baking sheet and spray each one with oil. Leave them in the oven for 20 minutes. In the meantime, you can prepare the garlic topping. Cook the butter and the garlic in a skillet for two minutes. When it’s done, just cover them with the topping. Finish with the parsley and the parmesan.
