This Breakfast Routine Can Help You Feel More Energized!

If you want to feel your best in the morning, follow this guide, and you’ll probably find at least one of these tips will work for you!

Water

If you do nothing else, the first thing you should do is drink water as soon as you get up in the morning, and try to drink water throughout the day. This is great for your body for so many reasons, the biggest being that since you’ve been sleeping all night, your body is super dehydrated.

Fruit

Fruit has natural sugars, so it’s a great way to start your day in an energized way. Although it’s good for an afternoon pick-me-up as well, having a piece of fruit in the morning is probably better for your body, especially before you eat anything else. The one exception to this is acidic fruits like oranges, because they could upset your stomach if it’s empty.

Caffeine

If you do drink tea or coffee in the morning, stop yourself from drinking a second cup to get more energy. Instead, try to drink your drink more slowly. This will help distribute the caffeine into your body at a steady rate so you’ll gain a more steady energy that will also get released from your body slower so you won’t crash as hard later.
