No party is complete without something sweet. Rather than just putting out regular candy, why not make a giant version of everyone’s favorite; a peanut butter cup! Not only is it super easy to make, but it’s way more fun to eat! Put out this giant peanut butter cup will be a show stopper at any party for sure.

Instructions

  1. Get a tart pan and line the bottom parchment paper. Spray the sides of the pan with nonstick spray so the treat comes out easily.
  2. Melt 11/2 cups of dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl with your choice of 1 tablespoon of vegetable shortening or coconut oil. Do it in 30-second intervals and stir in between until it’s completely melted.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate into the tart pan and freeze for half an hour.
  4. Combine 8 oz of peanut butter, 6 tablespoons of melted butter, 3/4 cup of crushed graham crackers, and 2 cups of powdered sugar in a bowl with an electric hand mixer until smooth.
  5. Press the peanut butter mixture into the chocolate shell softly and spread it evenly.
  6. Melt 2 more cups of dark chocolate with 1 1/2 tablespoons of shortening or oil and pour over the peanut butter layer.
  7. Put the tart pan it in the freezer for 30 minutes to set and you’re ready to serve!
