If you’re a fan of tacos, you’re definitely gonna wanna watch this!

Netflix has created a new show which perfectly captures the perfection that is Mexico’s greatest culinary export.

Despite being in Spanish, the docu-series, entitled Taco Chronicles proves that food is a universal language by taking us to various parts of Mexico and exploring different varieties of the famous street food.

For example, did you know that there are actually six types of taco? (And no, they are not “delicious”, “more delicious”, etc.)

The different styles include al pastor, carnitas, canasta (“basket tacos”), carne asada, barbacoa, and guisado (stews).

Each of the six episodes available on Netflix’s Latin American division are less than a half-hour long — but definitely don’t watch them if you haven’t eaten!
