The internet has gone wild over this video illustrating the proper way to peel garlic.
Regardless of your favorite cuisine, garlic is a staple part of most delicious dishes. From Mediterranean pastas to Korean stir-fries, garlic is a universal ingredient for chefs of all standards.
The funny thing about garlic is that everyone has their own way of peeling it. While some remove the segments then crush them, others chop the cloves in half then peel them after. What we can all agree on, however, is that garlic is notoriously difficult to peel.
At least, that’s what we thought. After watching this video, we’re pretty sure we are never going to struggle peeling the smelly herb again.
