Three Desserts You Can Make In 30 Minutes Or Less

Desserts are not known to be a quick process and can be found very intimidating. However, there are so many recipes that take just a few minutes and use only a microwave or a food processor for the equipment. Whether you’re in a bind or just craving something sweet, turn to these desserts and put your worries behind you.

Fudge

For this 15 minute fudge, combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, vanilla, and butter or margarine in a bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds intervals until everything is smooth. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and put in the fridge for 10 minutes until its set.

Peanut Butter Cookies

This recipe is no-bake, vegan, and gluten-free, which just about covers the bases for every type of diet. Just blend together cashews, dates, peanut butter, vanilla, and a pinch of salt in a food processor,  and blend until the mixture is fairly smooth. Scoop out a tablespoon and shape them into cookies and freeze.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

All you need for this recipe is melted chocolate and strawberries. For the chocolate, you can either melt it over a double boiler or in the microwave. Simply dip the strawberries into it, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and put in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
