Making vegan gravy is so delicious and is actually really easy to do if you have almond milk on hand! All you need is to saute diced onions, mushrooms, and garlic with dried sage and salt. Then, whisk in flour and let the flavor cookout. Add in almond milk and vegetable stock and whisk until smooth. Let it cook for another few minutes and you’re all set!

Vegan mashed potatoes are just the thing you want when you need something light and fluffy but also homey and filling. Start off by peeling and boiling potatoes in water until they’re soft. Drain them and put them back into the pot. Add in softened chopped garlic, vegan butter, and almond milk a little bit at a time and mash until it’s the consistency you want. Finish with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
