Champagne Jelly, don’t mind if I do

Ingredients:

These champagne fruit jellies are made of everyone’s favorite fruits. The recipe is meant for 6 servings. Get 2 oz caster sugar, 5 oz of mixed fruit (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, peach), 16fl oz champagne, 10fl oz hot water. 4 leaves of gelatine. For the fruits, you can literally add any type that you prefer and like.

Instructions:

Grab your six champagne glasses and let’s start. In a saucepan put the water and sugar and let them boil. Once that happens, you can lower the heat and let it simmer for five minutes. Get a large bowl, fill it with the champagne and add the gelatine. Leave the leaves in and once they become squidgy take them out. Squeeze them very well and put them in the sugar and water mix.

Start mixing well, and pour the sugar syrup in the bowl with the champagne. Make sure to mix again to get an even liquid. Once it’s cool, put it in the fridge for an hour. When the jelly becomes thicker, include fruits in. You can now fill the glasses with it and let them stay in the fridge for six more hours.
