We’re Crazy About This Corn!

Yes, corn on the cob is delicious. But corn this way is even better!

This super easy way to literally spice up your corn takes hardly any time at all, yet packs huge amounts of flavour, making it perfect to have as a snack or as a side for your meal.

Ingredients

• 1 packet frozen corn
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• Butter
• Chilli flakes
• Parmesan

Method

  1. Boil the corn.
  2. Place butter in a saucepan and allow to melt. Add the kernels, garlic, chilli flakes, and Parmesan.
  3. Place in a bowl and serve.
