Snacks should be easy to make but all at the same time, healthy. Snacks are in charge of getting you through to lunch or dinner-time, or as a pre and post-workout boost.
Difficult to find the right snack, isn’t it?

Energy Balls = The Perfect Healthy Snack
Whats convenient is that you can make them over the weekend and keep them in the fridge for a few good days. They are easy to carry for on-the-go and most important, easy to make. They require nothing crazy. No special kitchen tools and even no baking. You just have to mix a minimal of ingredients and have a food processor and that’s all.
Try to make them with cacao nibs, medjhool dates and sunflower butter. You can then add shredded coconut on top and they ready to eat.
