This is an extra-cheesy, a bit spicy, white chicken chili recipe that will take you no longer than 5 minutes to prepare. If you’re in hurry just treat yourself with this great meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lb uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (15 oz) white or great northern beans
- 2 cans (11 oz each) canned corn with peppers
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ Green Chiles
- 1 carton (32 oz) Progresso™ Chicken Broth
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 8 oz cream cheese
Method:
- First, you need to cut the chicken into the bite-sized pieces and place them in a slow cooker.
- Add rinsed beans and all the other ingredients except cream cheese into the slow cooker.
- Simmer in slow cooker for 5 hours on low or 3 hours on high if you want.
- Microwave cream cheese for 60 seconds until it melts. Add it to the slow cooker.
- Finally, serve it and add your favorite garnishes, if you want.
