Dinara Kasko is a 28-years old pastry chef from the Ukraine who uses 3D printing in cake baking. Kasko graduated from University of Architecture and Design and worked as an architect-designer and 3D visualizer. However, when she discovered her love for patisserie, she decided to combine baking and architecture, making her dream come true. Her main method in baking uses a 3D printer to make a silicon mold that could then be used to form a cake.
The young pastry chef is into sharp straight lines and simple plain geometric shapes like cube, triangle and sphere. And black, red and white are her favorite colors to use in backing.Recently, she found inspiration in the art of origami. She created a few models and printed them on a 3D printer.
