To prepare the spicy cauliflower bites you should get:
2/3 cup buffalo hot sauce
1 medium cauliflower
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Wash and cut the cauliflower into small bite-sized pieces.
Before you start making the hot bites, get a baking sheet and set the oven to 450 F degrees.
Combine the water, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Include the cauliflower bites in the mix and start tossing them in it. They have to be completely covered with the mixture.
Put them on the baking sheet and leave it in the oven for 15 minutes. Halfway through flip the bites.
Take the sheet out of the oven and put them aside.
Combine the melted butter and buffalo sauce in a bowl. Dip the cauliflower in the sauce and place them back on the baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for half a hour.
Take them out and serve them with a sauce of your choice on the side.
