How to Make Awesome Zucchini Parmesan Chips

Zucchini is a very versatile vegetable and there are lots of low-carb zucchini hacks like tater tots, cheesy bread, and the thing we want to show you now: zucchini Parmesan chips. You won’t get a crunchy texture, but instead, you’ll get a healthy way to satisfy your snack needs.

Ingredients

In order to make this fantastic low-carb snack, you’ll need 2 large, thinly sliced zucchini, salt, freshly ground black pepper, 1 ½ freshly grated Parmesan and Marinara (for dipping).

How to make it?

The first thing you need to do is to preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment. After that, arrange zucchini slices on baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Now you should top each zucchini with Parmesan.

The zucchini is now ready to become golden and crispy. In order to get the Zucchini to that stage, bake it for 20 to 25 minutes until you see that they got a beautiful golden color which guarantees that you prepared a delicious and crispy meal.

After you’re done with preparation, the only thing that is left to do is to get some Marinara and serve the yummy zucchini parmesan chips.
