Vegetables with Tzatziki dip

Slice 1 cup of mixed vegetables and dip into 3 tablespoons of Tzatziki dip or other dip made with Greek or a non-dairy alternative for a vegan option. You can try 3 tablespoons of hummus instead.

Cinnamon Popcorn

Sprinkle 3 cups of air-popped popcorn with 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar and toss.

Cheese with grapes

Place ½ cup of grapes on a plate with slices of light Swiss cheese (1 mini wedge in total) for a delicious sweet and savory combination.

Guacamole and chips

Peel and seed one avocado. Add it to a food processor along with 2 tablespoons chopped onion, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Pulse around 8 times until just combined. This makes 4 servings. For one portion, add 13 baked tortilla chips to ¼ of the guacamole.
