Many people are experiencing the positive effects of intermittent fasting in terms of weight loss and maintaining. Eating for 8 hours and fasting for 16 hours per day is a good way to consume fewer calories and to solve weight-related problems.

It should be said that this not a universal solution and that you should monitor your body to see if fasting is a good option for you or not.
